Health Coaching & Counselling: A Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavioural Approach. Health & wellbeing coaching and counselling is becoming more popular. This workshop will focus on relevant theory and skills. Trainer: Prof Stephen Palmer PhD Hon Professor of Psychology at City University and Director of their Coaching Psychology Unit, Director of the Centre for Stress Management, Fellow of BACP, Associate Fellow the Albert Ellis Institute, NACBT Diplomate in CBT (USA); HPC Registered Counselling and Health Psychologist, Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist.
